Compressed gas treatment under harsh conditions

The use of standard filters for the purification of compressed air in many cases is far from meeting the needs.

 

In this case, the filter system V-M-A, applied to a single component or combination, provides filters that meet the cut requirements, ranging from clean compressed air for pneumatic tools to odorless, breathable treated air.

 

V-M-A General Assembly system The structures thus assembled are available for direct flange mounting in sizes I and II. Structural components are available in 2 sizes and filter components in 6 sizes. Joint thread sizes are from G1/4 to G2, conforming to DIN-ISO228 standards. The structural parts and filter cup are made of aluminum, sprayed or electroplated. The surface is not corrosion-resistant, beautiful and easy to clean.

 

The differential pressure gauge identifies the pressure drop in the filter. When the pressure drop exceeds 0.6bar (red area), we recommend replacing the filter element. Full use of the filter life can save money, timely replacement can reduce energy waste. Pressure gauge can be installed in front and back easily read. (double scale)

 

The supporting tool of the mounting bracket is used as an accessory for mounting individual and combined components.

Automatic drainage valve is the standard of primary filter and micro - particle filter. External installation, easy maintenance. Small working pressure 4bar.

 

Manual drainage valve as the standard in active carbon filter, with a relief screw for installation, to no residual condensate water as the requirement.
